Typical of the cuisine of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine, the Uszka (literally little ears) is a delicious dish traditionally prepared and eaten on Christmas Eve. Generally this type of pasta is very delicious served with borsch and it is a kind of dumplings stuffed with mushrooms or minced meat and is an ideal dish to be tasted to warm up on a cold winter day.
