The Carlo Felice theater was inaugurated April 7, 1828, in the presence of the kings of the Kingdom of Sardinia, Carlo Felice and Queen Maria Cristina of Savoy, with the representation of the work of Vincenzo Bellini's Bianca e Fernando libretto by Felice Romani Genoese and today hosts the season of Opera and Ballet and the Symphony season, as well as recitals and various events. With beautiful balconies and white marble architecture that combines classical and modern, the Teatro Carlo Felice is a must for anyone who goes on a visit to Genoa.
