Prepared with a dough of wheat flour, salt, lard and baking powder, fried dumpling is a traditional delicacy of the provinces of Emilia, Modena and Reggio Emilia does not last. Cake baked in the oven with lard of pork, the fried dumplings are a delicacy that must be tasted stuffed with ham and cheese, which is also an ideal accompaniment to meglo to satisfy your palate at any time of day.
