If you want to delight your taste buds with a delicious and refreshing drink, chicha morada is just the thing for you: done by writing a typical cob Peru's deep purple (corn morado, in fact) that is mainly cultivated in the Andes , but the chicha morada is distinguished not only for the taste also for its ability to regulate cholesterol, to improve blood circulation, to reduce the level of sugars and helping the regeneration of tissues. Of ancient origins, today released its traditional consumption, whose preparation involves boiling the corn in water morado with grated pineapple, quince, a pinch of cinnamon and cloves, ingredients that help to give the drink a unique flavor and particular.
