Moreover, the place is one of the most beautiful valley of the Fassa Valley by keeping its mountain environment. An extraordinary touristic industry made the place one of the most appreciated Dolomites Ski resorts both in winter and in the summer.

Here you can admire a flourishing artistic crafts: the renowned Ladin art of furniture, the wood-art, the iron-art, the building-art and of the Painters are exclusive of this splendid place which has been able to keep the traditional houses of the Fassa ornated by majestic small balconies, wooden tympanum and tabia' (a dialect word that designates the buildings used as a barn).
