Poutine
A tasty delicious dish made with french fries served with sauce or gravy, (a juicy meat sauce) and cheese curds that can sometimes be combined with other tasty ingredients that enrich the flavor as crawfish meat, rabbit meat, caviar, beef, pork, lamb or truffles. A native of Quebec, poutine is now spread across Canada and is an ideal dish to delight the palate while dining with friends after a long day of work.
