Regulations of the service
Before proceeding with a communication read carefully the following instructions. Each communication not in compliance with such regulations will not be taken into consideration by the quality control team.
1. What is possible to communicate
In this page it is possible to communicate to the quality control team only the definitive unsolved cases, which means the cases for which the Customer service
of the product you have purchased has not solved your problem or has not respected the Terms and Conditions
of use. In case your problem is not included in these categories, it is necessary to contact the Customer service
2. Using the same personal information
Fill in the form by using exactly the same personal information used for the purchased of the tourist product, object of the claim. As widely explained under section Privacy Statement
, Globe Holidays does not have and cannot request its partners the personal information used by the user during the finalization of the purchases. In case different or incorrect information are reported in the form, our partners are not allowed to communicate any information to Globe Holidays, in compliance with the privacy law protecting the personal information of their clients.
3. What happens after the communication of the inefficiency?
Once received the communication, the quality control team will check the nature and the validity of the claim, being authorized by you to request explanations to the company who has sold the product. Once checked the situation, we are entitled not to reply to your communication in case the claim is definitively solved (you will be contacted by the partner), in case the personal information are not correct (Privacy Statement
law) or in case it has been proved your requests do not have any ground. You will be contacted on the contrary by the quality control team in case there is the need to have further details or whenever deemed useful or necessary.
4. Limitation of liability
The purchase of products or services on Globe Holidays' is carried out by undertaking a binding agreement between the user and third companies not ascribable to Globe Holidays, as detailed under section Terms and Conditions
of use. Globe Holidays is not a travel agent and has no title to operate any kind of intermediation activity for the purchases carried out by the users. It is not therefore possible to deem Globe Holidays liable for possible damages caused or deriving from the purchases.
5. Purposes of the service.
The service in this page if offered for free and for courtesy to Globe Holidays' users, because the quality of the service offered is the aspect we care most. This service aims at trying to find a friendly solution between the user and the third intermediating company, in case problems have arised. In no case Globe Holidays is obliged to perform this role, neither it can be considered liable for the decisions taken by third companies damaging the user.
6. Guarantee for the user
In order to guarantee the safety and protection of the user, in case inefficiencies arise from the third companies' conduct, Globe Holidays has the right to interrupt the promotion of the products object of the claim.
