Holder of the personal information treatment
Through Globe Holidays pages it is possible to use sponsored contents owned by third parties, which are exclusively managed by them, with the purpose to sell tourist goods, products and services. By purchasing through the channels proposed by Globe Holidays, the user undertakes a binding agreement between himself and the third companies which do not include Globe Holidays. These companies are responsible both for the supply of the purchased service and for the treatment of the personal information. For further information on the methods of treatment of the personal information adopted by our partners, you can go to the section Terms and Conditions under point 4 and select the product you wish. Globe Holidays guarantees that the third companies on the website protect, according to the terms and conditions expressly published by the same (and that the user shall accept at the moment of the purchase), the secrecy of personal information respecting the provisions in force in the nations the companies belong to. These companies have a regular authorization to operate in the European community and are subjected to the privacy law in compliance with or comparable to the provisions in force in Italy as per Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196 (personal information protection law).
Personal information release method
Globe Holidays guarantees that any transactions and/or personal information entry aiming at the purchase of tourist goods, products or services is exclusively carried out by using the computer systems of the third companies which are not ascribable to Globe Holidays and able to supply to the user this good, product or service. Globe Holidays therefore is not able neither to obtain such users' sensitive information nor to make a claim for this purpose against its partners, only prior to a written request of the users through an opposite form under the communication of inefficiency section Quality Control.
How to act in case of infringement
Globe Holidays has selected its commercial partners aiming at guaranteeing the final user a quality service at limited prices and in the respect of all the regulations in force. Whenever an infringement of the contractual terms and conditions arises or on the personal information protection and carried out by our partners, we invite you to inform us on such event through the special form of communication of the inefficiencies under section Quality Control of the website, in order to agree on the necessary authorization to find the responsible entity of the actions carried out by our partners in complete autonomy, including possible infringements of the contractual terms and conditions and of the privacy provisions in force. The users who for any reason decide to start legal actions shall act against those third companies where they have purchased the service from. The third companies details are under section Terms and Conditions, by selecting at point n. 4 the product involved.
Treatment of the personal information for the Quality Control and Contacts sections
The sections Quality Control and Contact Us contain the specific electronic forms through which the users communicate directly their personal information to Globe Holidays. For this personal information, that will be processed for the purposes expressly indicated by the user, Globe Holidays has to act in compliance with Legislative Italian Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 (personal information protection law), regulating the collection, treatment, conservation and possible communication methods and/or disclosure of the personal information, indicating the rights and obligations of the persons involved. The information collected through the above mentioned channels will be treated in order to guarantee the protection of the personal information, in the respect of the minimum safety and protection measures and will be used only for the purposes specifically indicated by the user. Before sending his personal information, the user can read under the different sections involved the information notice on the use of the information that will be carried out, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
In compliance with the provisions in force, the user will be asked to express his consent for the treatment of his personal information by putting a cross on the box “I accept”. We inform also that the personal information released will not be used in any way, once used for the purposes requested by the user (information on inefficiencies or infringements and information requests), therefore no right under art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 can be applied, concerning, particularly, the right to have access to the personal information, to ask for amending it, the updating and the cancellation, whenever incomplete, wrong or collected in violation of the law, as well as to reject their treatment for unlawful reasons.
