Globe Holidays website is a guide where it is possible to find information on the main tourist destinations all over the world. Under the geographic section of the website, which can be visited under the menu Tourism, there are different contents on more than 15000 places such as tourist itineraries, photos, satellite maps, roads, webcams and much more. The goods, products and services sale/booking section has been created in order to offer the users the possibility to have access and see these goods on sale at their best price and with the highest quality guarantee both for the purchased/booked product and the clients assistance connected to it. All the sale/booking systems on the website have been selected by our team Quality Control and have been created and managed by third companies not ascribable to Globe Holidays. All the possible published material of third parties is of public domain and has been found in the internet though research engines and/or researches of different kind. Alternatively, such material concerns third parties and belong to them, therefore it is subjected to copyright and published prior to specific authorization of the owner. The information texts have been created by our press office and are protected by the copyright international provisions. It is therefore not possible to reproduce entirely or partially the contents of the website without our prior written authorization.
3. Limitation of liability
Globe Holiday does not sell directly online tourist goods, products and services, such operation is provided by third companies market leaders, which manage entirely and independently either the sale/booking processes or the after sale services and the Customer service. This operation is executed through third companies' web systems integration in Globe Holiday's pages. Globe Holidays is not a travel agent and therefore it has no right or title to operate any intermediation activity on the sale/booking of tourist goods, products and services generally, and particularly on the purchase/booking executed online by the users through third companies' sale systems in the website. The booking or purchase of goods, products or services executed through the website pages does not provide for the direct or indirect payment to Globe Holidays of additional fees of any kind connected to the price offered by the third companies for such goods, products or services. The purchase and/or booking of goods, products and services offered by Globe Holidays takes place by undertaking a binding agreement between the purchasing user and the third companies not ascribable to Globe Holidays, therefore it is not possible to deem Globe Holidays directly or indirectly liable for possible damages caused or derived by the purchases/bookings. The third company is deemed liable for the sale/booking of the good, product or service claimed.
4. Terms and conditions for the purchase/booking of goods, products or services
Globe Holidays has selected for its users the best sale/booking services for tourist goods, products and services, aiming only at offering quality service at the cheapest price in the online market. Each good, product or service that can be purchased and/or booked on Globe Holidays is subjected to its own sale conditions, self dictated and reported by the third companies not ascribable to Globe Holidays and that directly take care of the sale/booking and assistance. 5. Clients assistance, purchases/bookings change and cancellation and after sale services
Globe Holidays' partners have been selected in order to guarantee the website users the best booking/purchase quality and service and particularly the execution of changes and cancellations of purchases and/or bookings can be carried out by the users under section Customer service. Such services are provided directly and independently by the third companies not ascribable to Globe Holidays and which have executed the sale/booking of the good, product or service for which the assistance is required. Since the purchasing/booking agreement between the user and the third company supplying the service is binding, Globe Holidays shall not be deemed liable for any kind of inefficiency or damage deriving from the lack or partial fruition of the good/product or service purchased/booked through the channels sponsored by Globe Holidays. Globe Holidays puts at the users' disposal a form for communicating the inefficiencies under section Quality Control, in order to obtain a feedback on the purchase/booking practices that for any reason do not find a positive solution
6. Treatment of the personal information
All the personal information of the purchasing user, necessary for the finalization of the online transactions or for requests of assistance, will be collected and treated by our partners according to the provisions in force as far as this matter is concerned. 7. Method of payment and management of the transactions

In order to guarantee the maximum level of safety and protection of the users, Globe Holidays has selected only partners who guarantee each financial transaction through the use of protected channels with high safety standards. Each good, product or service is subjected to its own terms of payment, which will be reported during the purchase/booking phase.
8. Law and Jurisdiction
Globe Holidays' terms and conditions of use are subjected to the Italian law. Any dispute arising from such terms and conditions shall be discussed in front of the Court of Genoa (Liguria, Italy). For disputes arising from the purchase/booking of tourist goods, products and services suggested in Globe Holidays website, the user shall make a complaint directly the third companies not ascribable to Globe Holidays and which have processed the sale/booking of the good, product or service in subject, even though the purchase has been performed through the sponsors suggested by Globe Holidays. The Terms and Conditions original text in Italian could have been translated in other languages. The translation of it is a non-official version and it is aimed only at illustrating them, therefore it is not legally valid. In case of disputes or discrepancies between the Italian version and the translations of the text into other languages of such Terms and Conditions, the Italian text shall prevail and will be the final version. The Italian text is available in our website by selecting the Italian language. In case any clause of such Terms and Conditions is not valid, loses its validity, is or becomes not binding, you shall continue to respect all the clauses herein reported. In this case we will provide for the substitution of such clause with a valid and binding clause, which has the closest effect of the substituted one and that you shall undertake to accept in the respect of the contents and purposes of such Terms and Conditions.
