2. Exceptions and detailed information
The requests such as 'Request of information on the partners' can be asked by the users who, for lawful reasons (contractual infringement on sale/booking or similar services), need information, contacts and detailed information on our partners. The communication such as 'Information on copyright infringement' shall be accompanied by proves supporting the narration of the event, otherwise they will not be considered.

3. Use of Italian and English
All the requests and communications received in languages different from Italian and English will be translated with online translators. Whenever it is possible to understand the request, possible replies will be sent in English and/or translated again with online translators. Whenever it is not possible to understand the automatic translation, your request will not be considered due the impossibility to translate it.
