How to contact the Clients Assistance
During the different booking phases you will be asked to fill in your email address where you will receive your booking confirmation message. In this email there will be written both the booking number and the email address and the telephone number (whenever active in your language) that you can contact, should you need any kind of assistance concerning a change and/or cancellation. In order to apply for any kind of change to your booking it is necessary the booking reference number that you will receive by email. It is also possible to ask for the invoice of the purchased flight ticket always at this email address.
