Un'atmosfera davvero particolare che avvolge sempre chi si reca in questa magnifica localita' del ponente ligure. Il centro storico, che merita senza dubbio di essere visitato da chi decide di trascorrere qui memorabili vacanze, presenta anche varie forme di svago e di divertimento grazie alla presenza di numerosi pub, ristoranti, rosticcerie, negozi di vario genere e tanto altro ancora. Ma, ovviamente, il centro storico presenta anche una sua storia: il borgo di Varazze, in passato fu conteso tra Savona e Genova per il suo controllo, per poi costituirsi in comune autonomo nel 1227. Il borgo quindi e' da considerarsi un luogo di interesse. In passato, il borgo murato si apriva con cinque porte sia verso l'interno, sia verso i sobborghi (Solaro e Borghetto) che si trovano lungo la spiaggia. Varazze, pero', e' meta prediletta soprattutto dal turismo giovanile. |
|  | A very particular atmosphere always surrounds who goes to this wonderful Western Ligurian town. The historical centre, which undobviously deserves to be visited by those people who decided to spend an unforgettable holiday here, presents several kinds af diversion and amusement thanks to the several pubs, restaurants, roasted good stores, every kind of shops and so on. But, the historical centre has obviously its own history: Genoa and Savona contended Varazze village in past time for its control; during the following time, it became an indipiendent municipality in 1227. Therefore, this village is a very interesting place. In the past time it was possible to enter by five doors both inside and in the suburbs along the beach. However, the most important speach about this wonderful town is that Varazze is a very privileged destination by young tourists. |
