Insieme ad altri nove comuni della Liguria, Busalla fa parte della Comunità Montana Alta Valle Scrivia e si colloca proprio nel cuore della valle; inoltre, fa anche parte del Parco naturale regionale dell'Antola. Busalla si presenta quale principale centro della vallata dal punto di vista economico, commerciale ed industriale. Già in epoca medievale la località era un importante punto di riferimento per le vie di comunicazioni. Tra le varie peculiarità di Busalla sono da ricordare gli edifici ottocenteschi in stile liberty che, negli anni Quaranta del Novecento, si affacciavano sulla via principale e che conferivano al centro una solennità borghese, e oggi, Busalla si presenta ai visitatori come un centro urbano moderno che cerca al contempo di riaffermare l'estetica della vita borghese. Visitare Busalla è d'obbligo per chi si reca nell'entroterra del levante genovese. |
|  | Together with other nine municipalities of the Ligurian region, busalla belongs to the Comunità Montana Alta Valle Scrivia (Upper Scrivia Valley Community) and it's situated in the centre of the valley; it belongs to the Parco naturale regionale dell'Antola (the Antola natural regional park). Busalla is the main centre of the valley for the economy, the commerce and industry. During the Middle Ages the place was already an important link for the other places. Amongst the various peculiarities of Busalla you must remember the Nineteenth-century Liberty Art Nouveau style buildings that overlooks the main street and confered a burgeois feast at the centre and a modern urban centre that contemporaneously tries to reaffirm the aesthethics of the burgeois life. People who are to in the Eastern Genoan hinterland must compulsorily visit it. |
