Available in a variety of ways that vary according to personal taste, the baked pasta is a substantial first dish of Italian culinary tradition, whose preparation is based essentially on the type of pasta types short and medium, such as pens, rope moldings , the ziti, macaroni etc.. and a simple tomato sauce or meat sauce.
