Royal Palace of Naples
With very notable dimensions, the Royal Palace of Naples was one of the principal royal residences during the Bourbon Kingdom of Two Sicilies. The palace overlooks the majestic Piazza del Plebiscite and, since 1919, is home to the Historical Museum and National Library at the rear of the building, among other things, presents rare medieval manuscripts as well as the famous papyrus Herculaneum.
