Doogh
A yogurt-based beverage widespread and appreciated in many countries in the Middle East and, therefore, is known by several names. Some sources of Persia dating to 1886, setting forth the ingredients of the drink: curdled milk, water and mint that make doogh a really refreshing drink and delicious flavor.
